Non-toxic

Silicone is suitable for use in clean environments as the polymer does not support microbiological growth. Therefore, it can be used for medical devices. In addition, as a low taint, non-toxic material, silicone can be used where contact with food is required. With its high temperature resistance, it can be also used for food moulds, baking machinery components, and vending machine tube.

Heat-resistant and Proof against cold & oil

Silicone is resistant to very high and very low temperatures, and so is ideally fit for applications that must perform in the harshest conditions. This includes Tubing, Water-poof Gaskets, Door/Window Gaskets, O-Ring/Seal, Electronic Parts, etc.

Good electrical insulator

Because silicone can be formulated to be electrically insulative or conductive, it is suitable for a wide range of electrical applications, including cable covers, insulating gaskets, conductive gaskets, and keyboard components. Excellent physical and mechanical properties are enhanced by exceptional resistance to aging factors such as oxygen, ozone, humidity and moulds. These silicone compounds can be supplied with a high and cohesion level if required and low burning toxicity.

Corrosion resistance

Silicone will preserve its properties regardless of the weather conditions where it is exposed. Wet, dry, cold, hot, or humid parts made from silicone rubber will also not be affected by ozone or UV. This has led to widespread use in the construction industry and automotive industry.

Product Details

Silicone Products have two molding ways; extruding and compressing. Extruded products are long gaskets like tubes and hoses that are usually used for sealing, such as water & dust proofs in kitchen utensils, car door gaskets, semi-conductive equipment fields and many more. These products are non-toxic, high resilient, heat-resistant products. Compressing product is used for parts of construction products. Using compressing ways, our staffs can make diverse shapes for various customers' needs.
